1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading the Treats24 app, visiting our website, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with notice provided via the app or email.

2. Eligibility

To use Treats24, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age, or use the platform under adult supervision.
  • Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information.
  • Have a valid payment method accepted on our platform.
  • Be located within our active delivery zones in West Bengal, India.

Treats24 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.

3. Placing Orders

When you place an order through Treats24, you are entering into a contract with the restaurant partner for the supply of food and with Treats24 for delivery logistics. By confirming an order, you agree to:

  • The item prices, applicable taxes, and delivery fees displayed at checkout.
  • Providing a correct and accessible delivery address.
  • Being available to receive the order at the estimated delivery time.

Treats24 acts as a platform facilitating the order. We are not responsible for the quality, preparation, or ingredients of food items — that responsibility lies with our restaurant partners, who are held to FSSAI standards.

Important: Menu items, prices, and availability are controlled by individual restaurant partners and may change without prior notice on our platform.

4. Payments & Pricing

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, if any, are displayed before order confirmation.

  • We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and cash on delivery (where available).
  • Payment must be completed before order confirmation for online payment methods.
  • Treats24 does not store your full payment card details on its servers.
  • In the event of a failed payment, your order will not be placed. Please retry or use an alternate payment method.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel an order within 2 minutes of placing it if the restaurant has not yet accepted it. Once a restaurant begins preparing your order, cancellation is not possible.

  • Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • If you receive an incorrect or significantly deficient order, contact support within 24 hours with photo evidence.
  • Refunds are at the discretion of Treats24 based on investigation of each case.
  • Cash on delivery orders cancelled post-dispatch may attract a cancellation fee.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use Treats24 to:

  • Place fraudulent, false, or duplicate orders.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse restaurant staff, delivery partners, or customer support agents.
  • Manipulate reviews or ratings unfairly.
  • Attempt to access our systems, databases, or data without authorisation.
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

Violation of these conduct standards may result in immediate account suspension and, where appropriate, legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

Treats24 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we strive for reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for delays caused by restaurants or delivery partners beyond our reasonable control.
  • We are not responsible for allergic reactions or food quality issues caused by restaurant partners.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the value of the specific order in question.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Howrah, West Bengal.
